Is my data safe?
Yes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your data is owned by you — exportable and deletable any time. Vendors see only what they need for your case.
How does pure-agent invoicing work?
Under Rule 33 of CGST, government fees we collect on your behalf (e.g., passport fee, visa fee) pass through tax-free. Only our service charge is taxable. Your invoice itemizes both clearly.
What if my case is delayed?
Every service has a published SLA. If we miss it due to our fault (not government delays), our service fee is refunded. Government processing times are outside our control — but we keep you informed throughout.
Can I cancel my application?
Yes — before government submission, you get a full refund (minus payment gateway charges). After submission, government fees are non-refundable but our service fee policy depends on the stage. Details in our refund policy.
How do I become a vendor partner?
