Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on Starter and Growth plans, no credit card required. Cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Do you charge per case or per invoice?
No. Flat monthly subscription only. Process as many cases as your plan allows — no per-transaction or commission charges.
What about Razorpay charges?
Razorpay charges standard rates (~2% for cards, lower for UPI). These are billed directly by Razorpay to your settled account. PCCVDI does not add any markup.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (16% discount). Contact sales for an invoice.
